Special Olympics Results March 12
We could not be prouder of our Harlan Community schools Special Olympics athletes this weekend. They went to the Mid-Winter Tournament in Iowa City, which is their state championship for basketball games, skills and cheerleading.
Our high school 3 on 3 team took FIRST place winning both of their games.
18-16 & 20-12
Our middle school 3 on 3 team took FIRST place winning both of their games. 16-4 & 18-16
Our cheerleading team, consisting of both middle school and high school athletes took FIRST place in their division also!
We had two athletes from middle school compete in the skills events.
Jaekob took FIRST place in his division and Clinton "CJ" brought home SECOND place in his division!!!
