ABOUT US

Harlan is located in Western Iowa just 10 miles north of Interstate 80, about 50 miles northeast of Council Bluffs and 105 miles west of Des Moines. Harlan provides unlimited opportunities for businesses, farming, and education. Harlan has many unique features, including the 51 miles of fiber optic backbone to provide high speed communications throughout the community.
