2025 Flu Shot Information
Harlan Community Schools partners with Public Health to offer flu shots for students. Below is information in regards to flu shots in October 2025.
Elementary
- All students will be sent home with information from Public Health and a consent form
- Consent forms must be turned in by October 15th
- Primary students are scheduled for 10/16/2025 from 9:15am-10:30am
- Intermediate students are scheduled for 10/16/2025 from 1:00pm-2:45pm
MS/HS
- Information from Public Health and consent forms are available in both offices
- MS/HS students are scheduled for 10/16/2025 starting at 7:30am in the HS nurse's office
