Food & Environmental Allergies

Food Allergies

Families are asked to alert the school nurse if a student has an allergy and if specific accommodations are required. As part of registration, all students are to have a Health Update Form completed which includes information for allergies, type of reaction and treatment.

For food allergies, a completed Food Allergy Action Plan must be on file with the school nurse for accommodations to be made for lunch or breakfast meals.

Epipen

Parents of students who require Epipens should contact the school nurse. Proper documentation from a medical provider must be provided. An emergency action plan will be required.
